A few Online Faves

In as much as i love fashion, i equally love words,poetry,prose or anything written as I’ve tried to show you all here and in some of my posts here as well. So it won’t come as a surprise that most of my online faves aren’t strictly fashion/style blogs.

I’m not good with graphic design at all, if not i would have made the screen shots below look a bit more palatable. Please forgive my deficiency.

In no particular order, here are just a few of my online favorites. Click on the names to redirect to their blogs.

Babes in Velvet : I recently discovered this blog and I’ve been hooked. I absolutely adore their style, especially Chloe. Her style speaks to me
Where did you get that : Karen rocks androgyny and vintage like no other and she also does a bit of street style photography which is really good for style inspirations.

3. The Divided : Its really amazing when i see young people with the mind of a grown up. That’s what i really love about Zoe of the divided. Of course her style too is pretty dope. Her sister Toyin who she runs the blog with too also slays with her style.
4. Nadia Aboulhosn : Her blog is also a new discovery. Nadia is a plus size model and all round fashion bad ass. I really like the way she starts her posts with quotes, they almost always speak to me

5. Katrina Labra
: Oh, Katrina’s writing is just so beautiful. I couldn’t get enough of
her blog when i discovered her . That’s all i have to say

6. Ihundas Musings : Afoma is another amazing writer and its always a delight to read her posts.

7. Yagazie Emezi : I’m always raving about my love for Yagazie Emezi on my twitter and to anyone else that cares to listen. I have a full post in my draft stating how much i love her and why but it might be too creepy so i’m keeping it right there for now. Two words : She’s dope!!
8. Raychillster : Really cool tumblr

9. Indie Byline : She has such a beautiful mind, its so easy to see. I absolutely love this blog and I’m pretty sure you will too.
10. Cassie Daves : Oh Yes!! But of course 😀
Also Teff the Don is another new favorite of mine and BlackFabulosity.
