My six weeks in ophthalmology posting expired sometime around noon today after the final bell signifying the end of “the end of posting” exam was rung. (haha, see what i did here) and now i can officially say i’m in my final year of this med school struggle. Although, the struggle never quite ends because we never ever stop learning in the medical field but hey i’m a step closer and for that I’m extremely thankful! Six yearsssss yo!
This is the first Christmas I’ll actually spend not writing one exam or another and I’m not quite sure how i feel about that yet. Oh, I’m pretty sure about how i feel not having to deal with all the anxiety and tension that comes with writing professional exams in this school, i just haven’t figured out what i’ll spend this holiday doing.Definitely reading lots and lots of literature, especially books by Nigerian/African authors and this time around I’ll try not to spend most of my days on a couch
in a dark room. *I’m not odd, i promise* 😐
What do you guys have planned for the hols?
Oh and I’ll totally appreciate any suggestions on books to read. Please leave me your thoughts in the comment box 🙂
