Black and Mustard

I had a pretty full day and i think this is actually how i want my days to be because then i’ll have no time to bother about unnecessary things and people. 😐
I’m all for going out and networking now,  i’ve come to realise the importance of networking although i dont really have much time because of school, i’ll try to create a balance.

So, we are having our very first social media week in Nigeria right in the “centre of excellency” Lagos! Its been on since monday but i couldnt make out time to go for any of the workshops.
Today was a halfday so immediately after my class i ran down to the venue to listen to Adaku Ufere of www.thirdworldprofashional.com talk on “Lifestyle and Fashion Blogging as a profitable business”.
Although i got there quite late because my lecturer decided to elongate his lecture and crack jokes too, i learnt some new things

I also decided to go “all black everything” but later changed my mind and wore my mustard waistcoat on it

lol. i look awkward in this picture

With Adaku (third world profashional’). This picture didnt do much for her gown but it was a really lovely gown and she was so nice and pleasant

A nice surprise, met my friend Uju Iloabachie(middle) and her sister at the event

Bidemi of www.thestyletrain.com and Cindy from Trends Media city. I love her skirt.

Too bad, i couldnt stay for the rest of the seminars, had to leave early. Helped my friend out for her shoot too, i’ll probably blog on that later

Who else loves my waist coat? 😀 😐
