Model Diary || House Of Nwocha

Meeee

I wish I could say I enjoyed this show but No I didn’t, Not really. Shows like this reminds me of how messed up it is to be a model in nigeria. Forget the glitter and glam and all that. Modeling is not always as fun as it looks – keyword being “not always”.

Don’t get me wrong, I love being a model and I wouldn’t trade the experiences and some of the amazing people I’ve met along the way but mahn these people over here steady trying to kill your passion.

Thankfully I had my main G – Tracy, and my baby -my camera to keep me company. The first thing I
did when I got to the venue was take outfit pictures which will be up later this week so check back guys!

Fun show or not, I still have to do a model diary post for my blog fam so yurr some behind the scene shots from the house of nwocha cocoon launch.

Let me just add that I’m in love with the make up artist “Lola Maja” (First Picture). This
is my first time getting my face beat by her and I was genuinely impressed by how sweet and nice she was. I don’t expect niceness and sweetness from these “fashion people” (which btw is totally wrong) so I’m always touched when I meet people who prove me wrong (like the amazing people I worked with in my last shoot)

Typing this in the students room of the labour ward (I’m supposed to be on call oh). haha. I seriously can’t wait for the weekend!
What have yall been up to?
