Outfit || Mod Chic x Grey.

In my last post, I mentioned that I collaborated with a really cool brand and if you follow me on Instagram, you probably have been seeing some sneak peeks.
Grey is a fashion design label that I’m quite familiar with being a model and all (I worked with them previously here)

I also have a little girl crush on one of the ladies that work with them but that’s a story for another day.
So when I got an email asking if I was interested in collaborating with them, of course I was excited!

I was given a piece from their new collection to style and add my own unique twist to it.

I couldn’t make the bloggers event they put together because I had exams on the planned date so I went over to the store two days after and as expected most of the outfits were already picked.
I was stuck between this shift dress and a really pretty floral wrap dress.

Ended up picking this mostly because I have this super cool nude brogues my aunt got me that I’m yet to wear and I thought I could style the dress with it but that didn’t work out as planned so I moved on to plan B.

I’m a huge fan of the socks and heels trend although I’ve never tried it out.
Got this socks just a day before I had the shoot, I was going for the frilly type of socks but couldn’t find that.
I’m wearing a sleeveless white shirt inside and I kind of feel like there’s this Mod 60’s chic vibe going on there, no? The mini shift dress, classic up swept hair, big sunglasses? Seeing it now?

I actually like the turn out a whole lot!
Always feels good experimenting with new styles and ways to add funk to an outfit

What do you guys think?
