It was on one of my “Blog-Hunts” that i randomly came across Wilma’s look book page (Oh yes, i’m always searching for new blogs to follow so please leave me your links).
i was struck my her style, i loved every single one of her outfits! It was like a breath of fresh air and ever since I’ve been stalking following her page eagerly awaiting a new outfit update. I finally decided to just send a mail to her and she was sweet enough to grant me an interview. Thank you Babe

Please can you introduce yourself

Hi everybody, my name is Wilma Rossana Nicole Gomes Moisés, i’m currently studying applied communication to Marketing, PR and Advertising and living on Lisbon, Portugal.

I’ve always wanted to have more than three names, i envy you. lol What do you love about your home town
I was born in Luanda, Angola but raised in Lisbon, Portugal. That’s a fact that without any doubt helped to shape my character, and now my heart is divided on those two nations.
Lisbon is like a lover it has that amazing coolness and care free feeling allied to great historical pass and modern ways of reinventing herself. The perfect marriage between tradition and cultural awareness.
Luanda on the other hand, is this big melting pot of energy. Everything is changing and building so it becomes really exiting to watch and be part of that. But the thing both cities have in common is good food, that is one of my ultimate guilty pleasures.

Amen to good Food! Amen! So,when did you fall in love with fashion/ finally discover your style and how would you describe your style?
Fashion has always been a part of my life, even in a young age, in my own special ways (that sometimes were a mess) i was trying to build my vision of me. My mother though was the one who originated everything, she wasn’t an everyday stylish women, but boy when those sunday mornings came along to go to the church she would put on some amazing work. And that’s when I said “Wow I wanna be like that”, to be able to almost paint a picture and create something that beautiful.
As to finding my style, I don’t think I’ve made it yet, I like to try out different things, so right now I’m still learning.

I absolutely love what you said back thereto be able to almost paint a picture and create something that beautiful”. sounds poetic! I’m stealing that line lol. Your Mum must have been a vision in her Sunday best. Which celebrities inspire you the most?
Coco Chanel, Shingai Shoniwa, Miroslava Dumma and Solange Knowles.

Solange owns my heart too! Just gotta love her. What’s your ultimate beauty essential?
Lipstick. I like really clean almost invisible make up to wear on the daily bases, so I love when you have that surprise pop that makes you stand out in the crowd.
I feel you! Give me Red lipstick and i’m good. Finish this sentence. I can’t leave my house without?
I can’t leave my house without some good smelling and hydrating motorizing lotion. That’s nothing more beautiful than a healthy skin.

What will one find on your playlist?
Rock anthems from the 80’s and all the really cheesy pop classics from the 90’s and early 2000’s. Do not mess with my Aerosmith and Britney Spears or Backstreet Boys collection.
OMG! I love aerosmith too! Hi-5 girl!!  And Finally, What’s your favourite quote?
“The most important relationship in your life is the relationship you have with yourself. Because no matter what happens, you will always be with yourself.”  By Diane Von Furstenberg.

Wise words! I totally agree. Thank you for taking time out of your day to answer my questions Wilma! I totally enjoyed reading your replies
