Outfit || Retro Vibes

I look like i have “bronze baby syndrome” in these pictures. Not so flattering but i figured i could only keep it in my drafts for so long before i finally give in to the pressure and put it up. I quite like the pose though especially the one where I’m laughing. That was a candid shot, getting me to laugh when taking pictures isn’t an easy feat. I’m always meanthuggin.lol
This was my outfit to the mente de moda event, I’m wearing one of my all time favorite vintage dress that i picked up a couple of years back at a ridiculous bargain price. I would have loved to say something along the lines of how “Oh the brogues wasn’t planned, it was something i just decided to try on that day and it worked” but in this case it was very much planned. haha
Infact, this mix has been in my head for a while and i thought about how cool it is that i can get to mix two things that show a bit of my style so easily :vintage and androgyny. #Winning

I also would have loved to talk about the occasional blue spells I get into these days thinking of quitting my blog and how I might have lost my flair but its a beautiful morning so instead i’ll talk about just how amazing it is that its already august! I’m thankful for a brand new day and month, thankful that it’s friday and of course for you amazing people that continually stick around and read my blog.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and a happy new month!
