This post was meant to go up way earlier but long thinngg – if you’resubscribed to my mailing list here, you already know why it couldn’t go
up as planned. I get to finally settle down and put it all
together now.
Before we get into it though, I just want to say thank you soo much for
all the love in my last post, I really appreciate you guys!
Not the best pictures out there because some most times its easier to
just whip out your phone than logging a camera everywhere. I think I
still managed to capture the essence of my weekend regardless.
On saturday,
I went for the omoge mura meet and greet to show some love and support
to my fellow blogger Deola. I went with my friend Banke from this post and
met up with my cameroonian bae Belinda (from this, remember her?)
It was a cool event – I had cotton candy for the first time in
forevveerr and left with a really nice goodiebag (it had a whole
complete set of makeup brushes inside!!).

We stopped by at stranger lagos to meet up with a photographer briefly
before heading out to shoot at a beach. I was pretty much exhausted
after it all and couldn’t wait to just get home to rest.
Lol, No – Its not yet another advertisement for my blog planners but those were the only pictures from sunday that my friend managed to take right and I think I look really pretty in them so yes I wanted to share.
I didn’t get up to so much on sunday
but it was a really nice day for me. For one, I finally got to chill
with my best friend. We went to see a movie at ozone and then to get
some chinese at the lihao restaurant. I’m not a big fan of chinese but I think I just found one place that’s making me slowly come around! Will you like a review on the place?
I had the longest monday ever since this year (Again if you’re signed up
to my mailing list here – you’ll already know the gist) and I really
just wish I can spend my tuesday chillaxing but I also have a couple of running around to do.
I love your new theme! It looks so calm.. relaxing.. I don't even know how to describe it..lol You should do a make-up 101 tutorial soon tho or do you have anyone you could recommend, especially for dark skinned people?

Its weird how the week starts on Sunday here. So weekend is on Friday and Saturday. (church services is usually on Friday too) I had a long boring and somewhat difficult project management class. I legit had palpitations when my lecturer said "this is just a simple example, the one you'd be giving in the exam will be much more difficult. So pay attention' I was just asking myself who sent me to do masters o… I am Tired!!!!. I had to work on my coursework on Saturday. My deadlines are this week, i have 2 presentations too which i'm far from being prepared… lol i'm complaining too much. Anyway, the most fun was having to shoot for my blog.. taking pictures makes me happy so for few hours i totally forgot about the troubles of life. Sadly, i haven't even been able to edit the pictures, talk more of doing the blog post. sigh
So that is how I spent the weekend.
I feel like I just wrote an Essay… lol

Gosh I hate projects!!!!!!!!! I almost didn't graduate with my set because of my project. It is physically and mentally tasking so I don't envy you at all mehn.

My weekend was spent trying to put my Frugal Fashion series together, plan other blog posts as well as some serious STUDYING. I think school and the blog has taken over my life.

My weekend was tiring because birthday turn up on Friday and I felt like my whole body was jelly on Saturday, I even slept throughout the service on Sunday! *covers face*, I really wish I had more time for my blog but the days never seem to be enough.
