Model Diary || Vlisco X House of Jasmine show

I remember way back when my only connection with the fashion industry was via magazines, it seemed like the vlisco brand was always in every magazine i looked at and i would stare and stare at their fabulous fabrics and fierce models (seriously, those models are bad-ass) and all i could do at that time was dream that someday I’ll get to appear in one of those magazines and walk the runway. It didn’t even have to be for Vlisco, even though that would have been amazing but i didn’t let myself dream that big. It seemed so far to reach
Fast forward to the present, I’ve gotten to do lots of things that i didn’t even think possible back then.
I got to work with Vlisco, even though technically it was a collaboration fashion show between the House of Jasmine and Vlisco but the fabrics were all Vlisco ankara fabrics.


And yet again, getting someone (one of the models) to help take my pictures was a failed attempt. I stay losing but oh well those are some of the pictures i struggled to take in between the backstage craziness.
